Dr. Jessica Holm is a licensed clinical psychologist in Virginia. She provides individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. Dr. Holm's specific areas of interest include depressive and anxiety disorders, relationship issues, life transitions and adjustment issues, family of origin problems, and perinatal and maternal mental health.

Dr. Holm graduated from Colgate University with a Bachelor of Arts and received both her Masters and Doctorate of Clinical Psychology from The George Washington University. She completed her doctoral internship at APA-accredited University of Oklahoma Health Consortium prior to moving back to the Northern Virginia area. Her training background and experience includes a variety of treatment settings, including college counseling centers, hospitals, intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization programs, and outpatient clinics. She has worked with a diverse, wide range of individuals and presenting problems across these settings.
