To make a payment via PayPal:
Send payment to gotlewski@msn.com You will receive a confirmation email from PayPal along with a receipt from Dr. Gotlewski indicating which sessions were covered by your payment.
To make a payment via credit/debit card:
Please use buttons below to make a payments. You may need to use multiple transactions (i.e. -$45 payment would be (2) $10 payments and (1) $25 payment. You will receive an email receipt along with a receipt indicating which sessions were covered by your payment.
